Pet Shop Looking for Retail Associate

Our pet store offers the widest range of products (for dogs, cats, and other small animals) compared to any other store at reasonable prices. We neither do any, nor support the sale of animals. However, we encourage re-homing & adoption of them. Ultimately, we are a family of pet-lovers & happily welcome anyone who feels the same way! Cheers! :D
--- Duties & Responsibilities ---
a) Assist in packing customer?s orders. (Main)
b) Aid customers in locating merchandise.
c) Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
d) Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
e) Assists in other areas of store, such as clean-up, shelf-stocking, or keeping merchandise displayed in an orderly manner.
f) Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
g) Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
h) Communicate customer requests to management.
i) Assist in completing price changes within the department.
j) Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
k) Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
--- Job Conditions ---
- 6 day week (off on Sundays & PH)
- 10am - 8pm
- 3 month probation
--- Job requirements ---
- You must be a pet lover
- Be able to remember, recognise and retrieve products efficiently
- Be able to speak and read basic English & Chinese
- SG / PR / M'sian only (S Pass limit reached)
